Discover in each of our submissions content written with the producers to better present their know-how and the richness of our terroir. Our cheeses are packaged in the traditional way, as in your cheese maker, in order to preserve its quality and finesse. For all our box shipments, we place the cheeses in an insulated box containing eutectic gels to maintain a temperature between 4 and 8 degrees Celsius for the duration of the delivery. For the transport of our trays, we use refrigerated vehicles or motorcycles equipped with insulated crates.
